Six sixers in an over. We were planning on spending a lot of time on that but somehow we don't feel the urge to say anything about it. It is a great achievement, but...
This world cup, in its early days, has already served up several delights: The tied ODI, six sixers, fastest 50 in the world cup and who knows what else might happen before we are all done with the minnows. Any guesses?
Anyway, the South Africans destroyed Netherlands. After the carnage was over, Netherlands had to come out to bat. They probably would have liked to curl up and rock themselves to sleep. How is this good for Netherlands? What have they learned from this game other than to stay out of Herschelle Gibbs way? Now these poor sods have to play Australia.
